A block diagram of an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) is a simplified graphical representation that illustrates the main components and their interconnections within the AGV system. This diagram serves to provide an overview of the AGV’s control system and operational mechanisms.

Main components of an AGV block diagram: 

Customer Host: A resource required to give orders to the AGV system 

AGV System Controller: Central processor that interprets signals, makes decisions, and manages AGV operations. 

AGV System I/O: Used for communication with external sources. 

AGV fleet: The AGV units carrying out the job tasks. 

WLAN AP: Used for sending messages from the System Controller to the AGVs.
