4T Customized AGVs for pallet handling
Challenge
The mineral water company fills up to 2 million bottles, equivalent to 140 trucks, a day during peak season and needed to improve its efficiency to cope with that.
Solution
Solving installed two counterbalance forklift AGVs, each capable of transporting four euro pallets simultaneously. The AGVs automatically supply a high-bay warehouse with water bottles, which met their need for improved efficiency. The AGV fleet will be expanded with three identical units in the existing layout.
